AI coastal surveillance & marine navigation system. Real-time threat detection at the waterline.
Coastal security and marine navigation demand real-time situational awareness — spotting threats at the waterline and turning live maritime data into fast, reliable decisions.
A full-stack AI surveillance platform with real-time data processing and AI-driven insights for maritime decision-making. Built end-to-end — system architecture, algorithms, UI/UX — and delivered in 109 days. Originally developed at Dubai Future Foundation.
Presented to H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum — Crown Prince of Dubai and UAE Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of Defence — at the Al Nokhba programme (May 2025), alongside senior UAE defence and government leadership.

Adaptive Deepfake Analysis System Architecture
A deepfake detector that doesn't blink. 750 real images, 750 AI fakes, zero errors.
Detecting AI-generated imagery reliably across domains is hard — models that ace one dataset collapse on another.
A 4-stream architecture — spatial, spectral, temporal, and forensic metadata — built on a 39-channel frequency representation (FFT, DCT-II, frequency-band, wavelet). Trained and evaluated on 500,000+ images. Two deployment variants: lightweight CNN-LSTM (edge) + high-capacity fusion model (forensic).
Published in IEEE Xplore and featured in Connections Magazine, Issue 6 (BUiD). Co-authored with Hessa Almaazmi, supervised by Dr. Manar Alkhatib.

UAE's first sovereign multi-agent AI orchestration OS.
Complex, multi-step work still needs a human babysitting every step — planning, executing, verifying, and delivering across tools.
A system that coordinates 63 specialized AI agents across plan, execute, verify, and deliver pipelines — built to run complex work end-to-end without a human babysitting every step. Pydantic AI, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, orchestrated with Docker Compose.
Awarded Best Capstone Project at the British University in Dubai. Built with Abdulla Saud Alblooshi, Abdullah Bin Mansoor, and Khalid Bin Thabit. Supervised by Prof. Ahmed Awad.

A national competition to design a commemorative coin with generative AI. I led the technical build; the winning design was minted by the Central Bank of the UAE.
